PRESION · OIL CATCH CAN · PA12 CF · AUSTIN, TX

Stop feeding oil back into your engine.

Every turbocharged, supercharged, and hard-driven engine pushes oil mist out of the crankcase. With no real separation, that oil coats your intake, fouls the throttle body, kills intercooler efficiency, and bakes into carbon on your valves. A catch can is supposed to stop that. Most don't.

Why most catch cans fall short

At this price, you are usually buying steel wool in an aluminum can. A wad of mesh stuffed in an empty shell looks fine on a shelf and does almost nothing in a vacuum line. Real oil separation takes more than a container and some metal — it takes internal geometry, and geometry is exactly what a hollow can doesn't have.

  • Oil mist coats your intake piping
  • Throttle body fouls and gums up
  • Intercooler efficiency drops
  • Carbon builds on intake valves
  • The engine bay turns into a mess

PRESION

PRESION runs five separation stages — two fine filter stages and three baffles — printed as a single sealed piece. The market ceiling at this price is a single baffle. This internal geometry cannot be machined; additive manufacturing is the only process that can produce it. That is the whole point: the part does what the cheap ones only claim to.

PA12 carbon fiber composite, heat treated. Fuel and oil resistant — the same material family as your gas tank and fuel lines. Field-validated six months on a 300k-mile engine in a prerunner. Zero failures.

  • 5 separation stages — 2 fine filter + 3 baffle

Engineered for real oil separation

Every spec on this can exists for a reason you'll see on the car. Here's what each one does, and what it does for you.

Five separation stages Forces crankcase vapor through a controlled path so oil condenses and drops out Oil stays in the can — not on your intake, throttle body, or intercooler
PA12 carbon fiber, heat treated Survives under-hood heat and constant oil contact without degrading Doesn't soften, swell, or crack where generic cans break down
Single-piece printed geometry No seams or loose stuffing to pack down or blow through under vacuum Separation that actually holds up — not steel wool that collapses
Universal 1/4"–7/8" barbs + optional AN/ORB Matches your plumbing and seals properly on install Clean fitment, fewer leaks, less time fighting the install

The cheapest insurance on the car.

Oil in the intake isn't cosmetic. It robs intercooler efficiency, builds carbon on the valves, and on a built engine it's a failure mode waiting for a bad day on the highway. Against what you spent on the build, a catch can that actually separates oil is the cheapest insurance you can bolt on.

Order PRESION

Five generations. One year.

PRESION exists because oil mist in the intake is a real failure mode, not a cosmetic one. It started as a PLA prototype zip-tied to a 4.6 F150 and went through five full generations of baffling geometry, material testing, and real-world validation before it shipped — six months on a 300k-mile engine in a prerunner, zero failures. Every product gets proven on a real vehicle before it gets sold. Not before.

Designed and tested in Texas by people who actually work on performance vehicles — not a marketing department.
